As we do not personally check the condition of the kennels or dogs, or the authenticity of the breeders, we do not make any representation to their quality or reputation. We will not, for any reason, accept responsibility for the breeders honesty and accuracy of their Web Ad information, nor the authenticity of their pictures. It is the duty of the breeder to submit all pictures and information honestly and accurately. The breeder is solely responsible for any misrepresentations, in any form.
In addition, we suggest that all breeders and potential buyers protect themselves. Breeders, please carefully screen your buyers by asking for the proper information, such as phone number, address, drivers license and possibly even ask for references.
Buyers - Check your breeder out before purchasing a puppy. Perhaps ask for a reference from the breeders previous clients, or ask for the breeder's veterinarian's phone number.
We DO NOT advertise for puppy mills or puppy brokers. Please contact us immediately, with written proof, if you see a known puppy mill or puppy broker listed in our directory. We will take immediate action to remove them from the directory after investigating the claims.
